USJ Entrance

One of favourite attraction to visit in Japan is obviously Universal Studio Japan in Osaka. It was the first Universal Studio theme park to be built in Asia and opened its first door in 2001. To reach this site you can take JR Yumesaki (Sakurajima) to Universal City Station. 

Universal City day / night

Before reaching Universal Studio entrance there is Universal City, which is a shopping street full of restaurants and some shops that you can visit. There is also Hard Rock Cafe close to the entrance of Universal Studio. During the night, the place will be lit up with various signage, giving a fun atmosphere to walk buy. Also there are some shops that sell souvenirs, a very last chance for you shop before leaving Universal City.

Ask the staff to get your sticker

Even it was weekday, Universal Studio was really packed with people. Not only with tourist, but also the Japanese people itself really like to visit this theme park. The area was huge enough and probably it is better to spend the whole day here. I bought my ticket from Klook for 8.600JPY and I have no issue passing the entrance check point. And don’t forget to download USJ app on your phone. You can check waiting time on each attraction, even finding the nearest restroom or vending machine to keep you hydrated.

Minions!

During out visit we had a chance to take a picture with Minion mascot. Of course there was a lot of minion photo spot here! The whole area itself is full of photo op spot. From the building to the items that is sold, you really can enjoy your time there!

No Limit! Parade

One thing that you need to see inside this theme park is the parade show. You can check the time of parade from the USJ App. I had a chance to see the No Limit! Parade. It was a very fun and energetic parade with a lof of popular characters appearance, from the famous Hello Kitty, Snoppy, Minions, to Mario and of course, Pokemon! If this parade is still on show during your visit, you need to see it. 

USJ at night

Just by visiting the the theme park itself was a very enjoyable experience. It has an entertaining atmosphere and lively environment. Although waiting for attraction can be 2 hours long, visiting the stores and restaurant is an attraction itself. Most important things is just to have fun and live the moment!
